Academic Activities:
Jacques Baillargeon is an Associate Professor in Preventive Medicine and Community Health (PMCH). He also serves as the Director of Research, in the division of Correctional Managed Care. His research interests include comparative effectiveness resarch, cancer epidemiology, infectious disease epidemiology, health services research, psychiatric epidemiology, correctional health care, and pharmacoepidemiology. He has taught several graduate courses focusing on epidemiologic methods. Recent publications can be found in JAMA, the Lancet, the American Journal of Public Health, Annals of Epidemiology and the American Journal of Psychiatry.
